April 5, 1990 – July 21, 2020
It is with great sadness that the family announces his sudden death in North Bay on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at the age of 30. Beloved son of Louise Spence-Mohamed, stepson of Wael Mohamed and son of David T. Wheesk. Sr. Devoted brother of Patrick Wheesk and late Melodie Starr Wheesk. Loving father to his children, Decilus and Navaerah Wesley, who will miss him so much. He left behind many uncles and aunts, nephew, cousins, and many friends. Speedy is predeceased by his grandparents Mary and Joseph Spence, Marie Spence and William Wheesk. David (Speedy) also loved music, beat boxing, mixed music, working out, reading, sketching and he also loved animals, especially cats. He had great sense of humour and laughter and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Remembrance donations to the Gathering Place in North Bay would be greatly appreciated. Funeral service and visitation will be held on Wednesday July 29, 2020. CURRENT COVID-19 PROTOCOL
Only a limited number of people are allowed in the visitation room and chapel at the same time and attendees must arrange a scheduled visitation time. No large gathering is permitted outside on funeral home property. At the cemetery, we are limited to 30 attendees. Every person attending must wear a suitable mask or other appropriate face covering at all times and follow proper social distancing rules of two meters for people who are not from the same household or are not from their established social circle. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
