Daryl Thomas May
Daryl Thomas May passed away unexpectedly in Grand Prairie, Alberta on August 2, 2020 at the age of 57. Daryl was born in Saint John, NB on April 8, 1963 son of the late Daniel and Lottie (Rushton) May. Daryl is survived by his loving spouse, Susan McLeod; daughter, Hannah May; step-daughters, Andrea (Jason) Bigger and Megan McLeod (Patrick Gibson); three grandsons, Jeremiah Bigger, William and Winston Gibson. Daryl is also survived by his wonderful sisters and brothers, Donald (Ann) May, Barb May (John Raynes), Linda (Ernie) Betts, Nancy (Paul) Ferris, Patsy (Bim) Moss, Irene (David) Hosford, Jeannie (Noel) Gallant, Thomas (Connie) May, Eddie (Angela) May and Clarence May; many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends that were family to Daryl.
Predeceased by his parents and his very loved son, Connor Daryl May.
Daryl was kind, loving, a practical jokester and a very hard worker. He loved to hang out with his family and have fun. He always had a story to tell and would give the shirt off his back and he made friends where ever he went. Daryl was a truck driver for over 40 years, but he wanted to retire as a walmart greeter or advisor to Trump.
Funeral services will be announced. Donations in memory of Daryl to the Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family..
