Josefa Antonia Cornejo Hernandez was born in the countryside of El Salvador in Central America. The fourth child of Angela Argueta Cornejo & Juan Francisco Cornejo. She was a beloved daughter, mother and sister. Always being a strong willed and independent woman, she was the first female in her family to leave the country in search of work and adventure. She landed in Costa Rica and Mexico forming life defining friendships there. She continued her immigration to California and finally settled in Canada to raise her two beautiful daughters, Iliana and Erica. A devoted wife and mother for 37 years, she also followed her passion for child-rearing by working for Peel District School Board. A job she loved passionately until her battle with breast cancer forced her to leave in September 2020. She is survived by her two loving daughters, parents, six brothers, three sisters and a grandson Leonid. – Mateo 11:28-30 To view the virtual service for Wednesday December 23rd from 6pm-9pm: www.livememorialservices.com/Home/ServiceDetail/9006 To view the virtual service for Thursday December 24th, from 10am-11am: www.livememorialservices.com/Home/ServiceDetail/9007 Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Cornejo-Hernandez Josefa Antonia 2020.. tranquility cremation
