It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother, sister and cherished friend. Cathy was born on June 22nd, 1960 to the late James (Nipper) and Mary (MacDougall) Oliver. Cathy attended Mount Carmel Elementary, Breton Education Centre and then completed her Licensed Practical Nurse training and was employed with Breton Bay.
