Carolyn Selig
1954-2020
Carolyn Marie Selig, 66, of Lake Centre passed away on
Thursday October 15, 2020 in South Shore Regional Hospital,
Bridgewater, with her daughters beside her.
Born in Bridgewater on August 23, 1954, she was a daughter of
the late Lloyd and Gilda (Llewellyn) Shaw. She was employed by
L&B Electric for over 30 years. Carolyn loved to bake and
share it with her family and friends. She loved to attend family
gatherings, especially when her adored grandchildren and great
granddaughter were present. Her life was her family and her
career.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra (Thomas) Veinotte and
Sally Webber (Adam); sisters Diane Connolly and Linda Bickle;
grandchildren, Jamie, Mitchell and Jade Veinotte, Bailey and Kyla
Webber; great granddaughter, Ariah Corlette-Veinotte; several nieces
and nephews. Besides her parents Carolyn was predeceased by her
husband Carroll; brother Lloyd Jr.; sister Barbara Slauenwhite. A
private family memorial will be held at a later date. Memorial
donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of
your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the R.A. Corkum
