Caroline Madge Saunders
July 21, 1926 – October 13, 2020
Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, Caroline Madge Saunders of Green’s Harbour, aged 94 years.
Predeceased by husband, Charles; parents, Jesse and Fanny Eastman; sister, Vera Paul; and brothers-in-law, Robert Paul, Martin Chatman and William Slaney.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter, Beulah; sons, Austin (Ivy), Winston (Terry), Engwell (Joyce), Andrew (Joyce), and Derrick (Anita); 13 grandchildren, Wayne (Annie), Lorne (Lori), Tracy (Rob), Troy (Sandra), Kelly (Tony), Michael (Susan), Vanessa (Perry), Peter (Melissa), Krista (Terry), Lisa (Freddie), Bradley, Derek, and David (Mallory); 15 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kayla, Kyle, Noah, Joshua, Jamie, Quintin, Mitchell, Jaxon, Jayden, Paige, Keira, Owen, Annie, and Eli; sisters, Viola Chatman, Frances Slaney, and Serena Crocker; as well as a large number of other relatives and friends.
Due to the restrictions of Covid-19, the visitation and service to celebrate Madge’s life will be private.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Madge’s memory may be made to St. Matthew’s Anglican Cemetery, Green’s Harbour.
