It is with deep sadness, yet joyful anticipation, that the family of the late Calvin Alford Greenham announces his passing. Calvin was ushered into the presence of the Lord at his family home in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Sunday, July 5th, 2020 at the age of 65 years.
Calvin is predeceased by his parents – John & Audrey Greenham; parents-in-law – Sidney & Ida Chipp; siblings – Mackenzie Greenham, Rowena Greenham, Alma Oldford, Kenneth Greenham and sister-in-law – Jean Mitchell (Bon).
Left with many fond and loving memories is his wife of 47 years – Elsie Greenham, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; children – Dori Noble (Selby), Middle Arm, NL; Corey Greenham (Carolyn), Ming’s Bight, NL and Corwin Greenham (Anita), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL; grandchildren – Noah, Chelsea, Addison and Carter; siblings – Baxter Greenham (Nerissa), Vivian Short (Edgar), Carl Greenham (Alice), Wanda Greenham, Rockey Greenham and Shirley Eastman (Jim); siblings-in-law – Betty Noseworthy (Ray), Shirley Austin (Bond), Scott Thomas (Jessie), Rhoda Smith (Simeon), Vonnie Canning (Ross), Morris Chipp (Nancy), Melvin Oldford and Cynthia Holm as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation. Pastor Ricardo Durdle, assisted by Pastor Craig Lane will conduct a Private Service of Home-Going & Celebration at Calvary Pentecostal Church, Ming’s Bight, NL. Interment to follow at Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery, Ming’s Bight, NL.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Calvin’s memory to the the Kidney Foundation of Canada – NL Branch, 10 Pippy Place, Suite 102, St. John’s, NL A1B 3X3 or to Labrador Missions via Calvary Pentecostal Church, Ming’s Bight, NL.
