The family of Brian Price is saddened to announce his sudden passing in the early morning hours of July 6th, 2020, his family was by his side comforting him. Brian graduated from St. Pat’s High School, Lakehead Teachers College and obtained his degree at Lakehead University. He taught at numerous Catholic Elementary Schools in Thunder Bay. In retirement, Brian enjoyed the great outdoors, family and friends. Brian was a long-time member and volunteer of the Knights of Columbus council 8602. Brian is survived by his sisters Beverly Colosimo (Gerald), Barb McKeown (Des, dec.) Cathy Meservier (Dennis, dec.). Brothers John, Chris and Mike (Sharron), and numerous nieces and nephews in British Columbia and Southern Ontario also survive. He was predeceased by his parents Jack and Mary Price, brother Jim and sister-in-law Cecil; nephew Brian Price (Vancouver) and niece Laura Colosimo. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 13, 2020 at St. Dominic’s Church (130 Redwood Avenue, Thunder Bay) with prayers at Blake Funeral Chapel Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. with visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. A celebration of life will be at a later date. Brian was a kind soul dearly loved by his family and friends.
Brian Price will be remembered in the Blake Funeral Chapel Memorial Grove. Annual dedication service Sunday, June 13, 2021.
