Brian Terry Differ
June 1, 1952 – June 26, 2020
It is with tremendous sadness we announce the sudden passing of Brian on June 26, 2020.
Brian was predeceased by his father Peter (1991); mother Nettie (2020) and brother-in-law Don Leggett (2018).
Left to mourn his passing is his wife Becky of 45 years; son Brent (Diane); daughter Kayla (Christian) and especially his grandson Liam, who was Brian’s pride and joy. Papa loved Liam to the moon and back. As well as sister Valdene (Wayne); brother Rodney and Aunty Margie.
Brian grew up on the family farm in Brokenhead, MB. Brian met his future wife Becky in 1971 and they wed in 1975 and started their life together. Brian retired from Sunrise School Division where he worked as a mechanic in 2011.
Brian was always willing to lend a hand. Brian will also be missed by his bowling buddy Bob Leggett, sister-in-law Darlene Leggett as well as nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by many friends.
Special thanks to our neighbours Aaron and Cindy who have been a great support these past few days. Special times were spent with Barrie and Julia Brooks as well as Barb and Lennie Fitterly.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an account for his grandson Liam Little (Liam is autistic and has other challenging disabilities) at the Assiniboine Credit Union 2567 Main St. Winnipeg.
I will always love you Brian, you were my best friend and my forever soulmate. I will miss you forever, your wife Becky.
