Meeke, Elizabeth Anne “Betty”
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Carl Douglas Meeke. Betty will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Betty was a trailblazer for women in the Graphics Arts industry. From 1959-1994 she worked for Sears as the Graphic Arts Supervisor for the Sears catalogue, and the Christmas Wish Book. Betty enjoyed sitting in the back yard at her nephew Bill and Laura’s house watching all the different birds.
As per Betty’s request, cremation has taken place.
