Obituary
Hearn, Betty passed away peacefully at the Southampton Hospital surrounded by family on Monday August 31, 2020. Elizabeth A. Hearn (nee Knechtel) of Southampton at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Russell Gordon Hearn. Loving mother of Laurie Miller and her husband Ken Rooney of Barrie, Robert Copeland of Port Elgin, Jamie Copeland and his wife Carolyn of Port Perry and Patty and her husband Barry Hodgkins of Walkerton. Proud grandmother of 13 grandchildren and GG to 15 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Art Knechtel and his wife Ruth. Remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends of the community. Predeceased by her parents Clayton and Bernice Knechtel, and by her sisters Shirley Helwig and Lois Knowles.
