Betty-Ann was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away on December 10, 2020, at the age of 60, following a very brief diagnosis of cancer.
Betty-Ann is survived by her loving husband, John. She was the proud mother of her 4 children, James, Nick, Katie, and Becca. She was Nana to her eight grandchildren, Aubree, Natalie, Olivia, Harlow, Brynn, Julian, Beckham, and Violet.
Her greatest accomplishment was her family. Every summer was spent making memories at the Maz, her home away from home. She loved to spend time with her kids and grandkids. She always cooked big meals, didn’t believe in daytime TV watching, and made her family eat together — she established a sense of togetherness that will forever be carried on.
Betty-Ann was always forward with her opinion, but would never dismiss you for your choices. She was someone who kept you grounded and told you what you needed to hear. When something didn’t work out, she always welcomed you home.
She never let her loved ones face their problems in the dark. She always helped carry the weight and stress of those who needed her.
Betty-Ann had requested an intimate ceremony with her immediate family following her passing. The Love family wishes to thank everyone who cared for her during her last days. It was her wish for everyone to come together for a celebration of life in the summer of 2021.
