Passed away at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the age of 76 years. Butch, beloved husband of Sherry Norton. Loving father of Kevin (Debbie) Norton and Randy (Helen) Norton. Brother of Leeza (Jerry) Cardwell, Loved grandfather of Jennifer (Brandon McBride), Sarah, Julie-Anne, Brent and Jade. A visitation will be held at the Morris Funeral Chapel, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 2 – 3 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the funeral home is limited to 30% of its capacity. If you wish to attend the visitation you are required to book an appointment and arrive at the designated time. To make an appointment please call the funeral home at 905-623-5480. A Graveside service will be held at Bowmanville Cemetery, 1200 Haines Street, Bowmanville on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 3 p.m. with a maximum of 50 people permitted to attend the service. Donations in memory of Butch may be made to the Bowmanville Hospital Foundation or the Lakeridge Health Oshawa – Cancer Care Centre.
