Obituary
Angela Bailey passed away on April 5 after a short and courageous battle with cancer.
Angela was born and raised in Penticton and spent most of her life in the Okanagan-Similkameen region. From serving as the Miss Penticton Princess in 1986/87 to working as a graphic designer for the City of Penticton, she has always loved contributing to the community. Known for her creativity, warmth, selflessness, intelligence, determination and sense of humour, everyone who met her was inspired and impacted. She was an accomplished artist, a respected entrepreneur, an animal-lover, a trusted friend, and a constant source of joy and strength for her loved ones.
She will forever be lovingly remembered by her husband, Rob; daughter, Kyra; mom, Marie; stepdad, Ray; and brother, Dennis – as well as her extended family, chosen family, friends, colleagues, and all whose paths crossed hers.
She is now with her Grandma and Grandpa, Margaret and Jack Light; her stepdad, Andrew Thomson; the many horses she has had throughout her life and, of course, her best canine buddy, Max.
A celebration will take place when we can gather together again.
