Peacefully with family by his side on August 8, 2020 at 56 years of age. Beloved husband of 34 years to Maria Lourdes. Loving and devoted father of Anthony (Sharon), Matthew and Krystal (Trevor). Cherished grandpa to Jayla. Dear son of Kwan and the late Choi. Dearest brother of Connie (late Gordon), late Nancy (Nelson), Mandy, late Billy (Jeanie), Winnie, late Miu Yin, late Bong Keung, Teresa (Jansen) and Anita. He will be sadly missed by the Javier family and all of his nieces and nephews.
Andrew was a hard working man who loved playing cards, bowling, playing pool and enjoyed watching basketball. He was loved and cherished by many.
