Obituary
It is with deep sadness the family of Amanda Jean Lynne Rathgeber, age 40, announces her passing on Sunday May 24, 2020.
Amanda leaves to mourn her loss and cherish her memory: her parents Brian and Michelle Rathgeber, brother Kodie (Virginia) Rathgeber, sister Amber Johnson, along with her niece and nephews – Sedona, Emett and Lewis, her step-daughter Haley Brown, and a vast support network of friends.
Amanda was born in Drayton Valley, Alberta on October 5, 1979 and was the first child for Michelle and Brian Rathgeber, and the first grandchild for both sides of the family. She will be remembered for her big heart, sense of humor, her strong will, her love of food and singing.
Amanda is predeceased by her grandparents – Mike and Lynne Urkevich, and Merton and Jean Rathgeber.
