Allan Wong 2020

It is with great sadness that Allan Wong, son of Betty Bik Fong Mah Wong and Garry Chee Moon Wong, passed away on May 18, 2020. He was born on October 9, 1959 in Edmonton, AB, and was the second child of three sons. He is survived by his three children, Tiffany, Jessica and Justin, and his brothers Alfred (Shirley) and Phil (Ann Marie). He graduated from McNally Composite High School in 1977 and completed his post-secondary education as an Engineering Draftsperson. After a short career in the drafting industry he became an entrepreneur owning the Alberta School of Drafting and RM Designs. His career then took him into the information technology field and then into the career of engineering and IT recruiting.
Allan made the most of the life he lived. He never held back and seized the moment. Allan had many loves – from the people he met to the drinks he savored. And then there were his cars. From his Corvette to his Mercedez he always found the right car that fit his style and personality.
In lieu of flowers we ask you consider making a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society in honour of Allan Wong.
Visitation will be held at Conley McKinley at from 5:00 – 9:00 pm on Tuesday, June 2. A Funeral Service will be held at Conley McKinley at 1:30 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Unfortunately, due to current COVID-19 restrictions on social gatherings, only immediate family and a limited number of people will be able to attend in person.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Allan Wong 2020..
