Allan Flegg
May 15, 1949 – May 27, 2020
While undergoing a stem cell transplant, on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. Beloved husband of Nancy Hoffman. Devoted father of Jill, Emily, and Alexandra. Loving brother and brother-in-law of Marian, Henry, Jeffrey and Felice; and brother-in-law of Lisa and Allan Schouela, Randy Hoffman and Pauline Lai. Dear son of the late Max Eugene and the late Gertrud Flegg; and son-in-law of Rhona and the late Peter Hoffman.
Allan had such a generous soul and quirky sense of humour. He was the heart of his family. Everyone has an Allan story. If there is a story that you would like to pass on, please post it on the Paperman’s site.
A COVID-compliant shiva will be held in Allan’s back yard from Sunday, May 31 to Thursday, June 4. In order to respect the 10-person maximum social distancing limit, please contact Jeffrey at (514) 827-3777 and organize with him when you would like to attend. When permissible, a celebration of his life will take place. Contributions in Allan’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
