Obituary of Agnes Clark
CLARK: Agnes (Wilkinson) –
Wife of the late Lloyd J. Clark for fifty-eight years, was born to Bruce and Bella (Cameron) Wilkinson in Courtland Ontario on May 7, 1922.
She died at St. Andrew’s Residence on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at the age of 98.
She was the last surviving member of a family of eight: Audrey, Dorothy (Russell Skevington), Hugh (Hazel Peterson), Victor (Marie Sproule and Gertrude Herron), Florence Henrietta (Mel Patton) and Cyril (Janet Alabastine).
Agnes is survived by loving sons, Wyatt and Dwight Clark (Michelle Goudreau), grandsons, Matthew (Lesley Thomson) and Ian Clark and two great-grandchildren, Liliana and Patrick Clark.
She is also survived by in-laws: Janet Wilkinson, Blair and Sheila Clark, Vicky Clark and Lynn Clark as well as nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Agnes taught elementary school for fourteen years, experiencing all eight grades, and then became a stay-at-home-Mom.
She did volunteer work at the Home and School Association, St. Andrew’s and Park Street United Churches, was a Lay Minister, a Stephen Minister and helped launch Meals-on-Wheels, then, after entering St. Andrew’s Residence, led the Bible study for several years.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held with an interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
