Sterling’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the families of the late Sterling Rumbolt announce his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in Corner Brook, NL, on Sunday, December 22nd, 2019 at the age of 77 years.
He will be sadly missed by his sons; Derrick (Trudy), Morris (Janet), and Jerry (Yun-Jung), his grandchildren; Ashley, Isabelle, Marcel, Peter, and Devin, his siblings; Shirley Wight, Bernard (Sherry), and Freeman (Kay), also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends. Sterling was predeceased by his wife; Ada Jeanette, his granddaughter; Anna, his parents; Freeman and Rosetta (Dove) Rumbolt sister; Lydia (Art) Baker, and brother-in-law; Ross Wight.
Visitation will take place on Friday, December 27th, 2019 from the hours of 7-9 pm, at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, December 28th, 2019 at 11:00 am, at the Salvation Army Church in Deer Lake, NL, with Major Henry Bingle officiating.
