Rema Mary Attwood nee White July 27 1932 to December 28 2019

Passed suddenly but peacefully away on December 28, 2019, Rema Mary Attwood at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home. She is predeceased by husband Bill (December 12, 1997). Also, predeceased by sisters Marie Parsons, Isabel Hewitt and Peg Simms and brother Charlie White. Rema was the cherished Mom to Debbie Scaplen (Tony) and Heather Rowsell (Craig); wonderful grandmother to Jeff Morrissey (Erin Murphy), Krista Tiller (Steve), Allison Clapham (Jamie), Laura Rowsell (Andrew Hall) and Stephen Rowsell (Angela Norman); adoring and loving great grandmother to Madison and Joshua Tiller and Hailey and Dylan Chapman. Also mourning her loss, sister Linda Corsten of Ottawa and a large circle of extended family and friends. A special thank you to the staff of Southview at the Agnes Pratt Home, who were her family during the last year. Your care and treatment of our “Mom” was second to none and for that we will be eternally grateful. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday December 30 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Private burial to take place on December 31 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
