Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Saturday, December 21, 2019. Nellie Lorraine (Evans) Duncan, at the age of 90 years. Dear mother of Janet Duncan, Linda Lloyd, Robert (Karen) Duncan, David, Nancy (Tom) Kearney and Paul (Cassandra) Duncan. Sadly missed by her eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Nellie was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Christine, her parents Albert and Stella Evans and by her sisters Evelyn Smith and Marjorie Brown.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East, Brockville on Friday, December 27th, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A celebration of Nellie’s life will be held on Saturday, December 28th, 2019 at 10:30 am followed by a reception. Interment will follow at Maple Vale Cemetery, Smiths Falls.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
