MACKEY, Mark – Passed peacefully away at Dr. O’Mahony Manor, Clarenville on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, Mark Patrick Mackey of Melrose, aged 71 years. Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Johanna Mackey; brothers Anthony and Ron. Left with fond and loving memories his children Ian (Sherry), David (Stephanie), Dillon and Spencer; grandchildren Kyle, Camryn, Cole and Jesse; sisters Ethel Hogan (late Vincent), Margaret Mackey (Kevin) and Mary Mackey (Fred); brothers Brendan (Theresa), Bill (Bonnie), Lawrence (Joan), Jim (Louise) and Peter (late Jackie); and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Strathie’s Funeral Home, Catalina on Thursday, December 19 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at the Roman Catholic Church, Catalina at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019 with cremation to follow. The family would like to thank the staff at Dr. O’Mahony Manor for their care and compassion.
