Born January 12, 1954, Dorothy passed away peacefully, with her daughters at her side, on December 10, 2019 in Kelowna, BC. She is survived by her loving family: daughter Cindy (David) Broadhurst and their sons Clark and Logan; daughter Laurie Juda; brother Cliff (Nikita) Johnson and their son Danko; mother Nancy Hewer; sisters Heather, Val, and Ginny; brothers Bruce and Arnie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held in the spring, with the date and location to be announced. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made to the Sindi Ahluwalia Hawkins Centre for the Southern Interior, www.bccancer.bc.ca .
