Memorial Donation
It is with heavy and broken hearts that we lay to rest our beloved father, son, brother, uncle and husband, Jeffrey Todd Manuel. He passed suddenly and tragically on December 22, 2019 at 51 years of age.
Jeff will be forever missed by his parents, Don and Maxine; his wife, Joanne; his children, Tesa (Stephen Chipman), Noah (Haley Budden) and Jenna; his brothers, Jason (Michelle) and Jaret (Anna); his nieces, Madeline and Simona (Jaret); his nephews, Andrew and James (Jason) and a never-ending circle of loved ones and friends.
As a life member of the Kinsmen Club of Notre Dame, Jeff also leaves behind a Kin family and community who he loved dearly and devoted his life to serving. He was also a Masonic Freemason and a member of the Mazol Shrine Temple.
He will certainly be missed at Gull Pond and Exploits where he loved to have as many people as possible gather to enjoy his delicious meals and contagious laughter. Jeff’s famous words were “As long as everyone’s happy!” We encourage all those who knew him to cherish their memories of him and share a story or two in true Jeff fashion during this difficult time.
Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Wednesday, December 25, 2019 from 7-9 PM & Thursday, December 26th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 27th at 2 PM from St. Matthews United Church, Lewisporte. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Mazol Shriners or the Lewisporte Collegiate Scholarship Fund.
