Isabelle Marquardt, 85, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Mitchell Nursing Home on Tuesday, December 24, 2019.
Beloved wife of the late Rudy Marquardt (2018). Dear sister of Bill Jackson. Dear sister-in-law of Irene Gary and Jack Wiles. “Special Second Mom” to Tammie Thompson-Santomero (Tony). Loving “Bubba” of Adam Thompson (Ashley), Ben Thompson (Sami) and Maggie Thompson. Cherished great “Bubba” of Hunter, Rayna and Kip. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Howard & Viola Jackson, sister Evelyn Wiles, sisters-in-law Gertie Baragar (Cuthbert), Alma McDonald (Elijah), Mabel Diehl (Lloyd) and brothers-in-law Emmerson Marquardt, Gordon Marquardt and Kevin Gary.
Family and friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gery Luck officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in Grace Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial donations to Grace Lutheran Church would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
