Helen Rita Hartlin (nee Gaudette) passed away peacefully at Miramichi Lodge with her family by her side on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of William “Bill” Hartlin for 64 years. Loved and cherished mother of Garry (Suzanne), Pembroke and Wayne (Kathrine) of Mandeville, Louisiana. Loving grandmother to Stephanie, Pembroke and Bryce & Brandt, Mandeville. Dear sister to Joyce (Norval), Shirley (Paul), Darl (Pamela) and Roger (Mary), sister-in-law to Ethel Gaudette (late Lester) and Lloyd Raglin (late Marilyn). Predeceased by her parents Celeste and Analda Gaudette, by her sisters Jackie (late Murray) and Marilyn, and by her brothers Lester and Dean (late Marilyn).
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Miramichi Lodge for their help and support. Friends and family are invited to share their memories of Helen during visitation at MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Thursday, January 2 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 3 at 11 a.m. Cremation will follow and spring interment to be determined.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Miramichi Lodge or charity of choice would be appreciated.
