Gagnier, Edward Rosaire
Was born on October 9,1926 and passed away peacefully at the age of 93 at E.J. McQuigge Lodge in Belleville Ontario on December 30, 2019. Loving husband of Alice (nee Antaya) for many years. Proud father of Brian (Annette), Mark (Katherine), late Patricia (Kevin) and Paul (Karina). Loved by his grandchildren Christopher, Tina, Carrie, Brian, Trisha, Justin, Jason, Michael and Matthew. Also, many step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Philias and Isabelle (nee Levasseur) Gagnier. Dearest brother of late Lenore Trepanier (late Raymond), late Gabriel (Mary Ann), late Phil (Blanche), Peter (late Theresa), late Paul (Irene), late Gerry (late Shirley), late Charlie (Gail), Roger (Carol), late Ernest and brother-in-law and uncle to many. Edward was an auto mechanic for many years with his last job being at PX Chrysler in Trenton. In his retirement, he enjoyed woodworking but most of all fishing the waterways in the Quinte area. The family would like to thank the amazing staff at E.J. McQuigge Lodge for their wonderful support and care. A celebration of life will be set at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
