80 years old, of Lakeside, N.S., passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at the Halifax Infirmary on December 25th, 2019 due to a long battle with kidney disease. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Survived by his son, Earl (Suzanne); Granddaughters, April, Crystal, Lisa, Terri Lynn; siblings, Darlene “Suz”, John, Granville (Sharon), Robert (Diane), Kevin (Angela), Patricia and Sharon (Emmett). He was predeceased by wife Julia, daughter, Shawn; brother, Hector and sister, Viola. Visitation will be held 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, December 29th and Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 30th both from the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy’s Cove Road, Upper Tantallon with burial to follow in Saint James Cemetery, West Dover. Condolences can be made at www.rawalker.ca. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
