Passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Thursday, December 26, 2019 in his 90th year. Survived by his beloved wife of 70 years, Barbara Byers. Loving father of Kim Davidson. Predeceased by his son, Stephen Byers and daughter, Lynn Byers. Proud grandfather of Steve Byers (Jen), and Lorne, Kristie and Barbara Davidson. Cherished great-grandfather of 8. Donald will also be missed by his loving canine companion, Pepper. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Donald was an OPP sergeant. As per Donald’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
