Stockfish, Diana Marie (Linger)
It is with deep sadness that we announce Diana’s passing on Tuesday December 10, 2019 at Meaford Long Term Care in her 74th year. Diana, beloved daughter of Rita and Allen (deceased) Linger. Cherished mother of Tiffany and much loved mama of Braddock (Danelle), Jared and great-grandmother of Kyler. Dear sister of Gail, Robert (Barb), Gary (Marion deceased) Linger, and Darlene (Brian) Duivesteyn. Remembered lovingly by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, family and friends. Diana was a passionate soldier with The Salvation Army Community Church in Collingwood, Ontario participating in their community care ministries, visiting hospitals and seniors’ homes, assisting with youth group programs and kettle duty, attending women’s ministry meetings and lovingly tending the Church gardens. Special appreciation is extended to the staff at Meaford Long Term Care for their compassionate and attentive care provided Diana since October of 2016. At Diana’s request there will be no funeral.
