Obituary for Mr. Carmel “Charlie” Agius
Who peacefully passed at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre on Friday, December 27, 2019 at the age of 86 years. A devoted husband of Christina (nee Giffen). A much loved father to Stephen, Kenneth, Lorraine and Christine. Respected father-in-law to Sharon, Diane, Colin and Craig. Cherished grandfather (Gramps) (Papa) to Paul, Stephen, Jason, Rebecca, Skye, Starr, Jade, Jasmine and Jacob. Great grandfather to Ella, Carmine, Lola, Abby, Dexter, Dalila, Hunter, Zalli and Hampton. He will be missed by extended family brother Emmanuel, sister Rita, nieces, nephews and many friends. A Celebration of Life will take place at the Steckley-Gooderham Funeral Home, 30 Worsley St., Barrie on Saturday, January 11th, 2020 from 2 – 4 p.m. with words of remembrance at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carmel’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation www.heartandstroke.ca/ and are greatly appreciated by the family.
