Obituary of Angelina Perrella
Passed away peacefully on December 23, 2019 at the Welland Hospital in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Ferdinando. Loving mother of Angelo (Laurie Demers), Nicolina Fluter (Daniel), Anna Smith (James) and Mary Wieler (Ted). Caring nonna of Julia Perrella, Andrea Perrella (Jack Neilson), Christopher Perrella, Melanie Marchionda, Amelia Marchionda, Sarah Marchionda (Tom Burdyny), Samantha Marchionda (Brandon Stafford), Daniel, Ryan and Erica Fluter, Dean and Jessica Smith and Mitchell and Matthew Wieler. Dearly missed by her only great grandson Holden Neilson, which she spent 3 wonderful years with him. She will also be sadly missed by many extended family, friends and all who knew her.
Angelina loved to spend time with her family, cooking excellent meals which everyone enjoyed. She also loved to work in her garden.
The Perrella family will receive friends at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 179 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Friday from 2 – 4 & 6- 8 p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited at the funeral home Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 28, 2019 at St. Therese of Lisieux Roman Catholic Church, 379 Fares Street, Port Colborne at 10:00 a.m. with Father Michael Andrysiak as celebrant. Rite of Committal with entombment will follow at Pleasantview Mausoleum.
