Obituary for Albert Van Haecke
Albert Achiel Van Haecke passed away peacefully at the CKHA-Sydenham Campus, surrounded by his family, on Monday, December 23, 2019 at the age of 87. Albert is the son of the late Albert & Leontine (Buyse) Van Haecke. Beloved husband of Leona (Apers). Albert farmed all of his adult life in Tupperville where he and Leona proudly raised their 3 children; Darlene Vynckier (Gary), Diane Bott (Jim) and Wayne Van Haecke (Jan). Dear grandfather of Melissa (Sean), Kyle, Jenna (Mitch), Megan, Adam, Hailey and Jill and great grandfather of Maiya and Lucas. Predeceased by his 6 brothers and sisters. The family will receive relatives and friends at the HAYCOCK-CAVANAGH FUNERAL HOME, 409 Nelson Street in Wallaceburg from 2-4 & 7-9 on Friday. The Funeral Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Holy Family Church on Saturday, December 28 at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Riverview Cemetery.
