Obituary of Donald Stennic Newman
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald Stennie Newman announce his passing on November 28, 2019 at the Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL at the age of 50 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Janet Newman; children: Donovan (Gillian), Rebecca (Christopher), Cody and Emily; grandchildren: Deacan, Andi Mae, Dakota; parents: Dorman and Hilda Newman; brothers: Dave (Lisa), Dan (Hilda), Deon (Julie), Darren, Dean (Jessica) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father-in-law Raymond and mother-in-law Daphne, brother-in-law Michael Madden. Visitation on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 P.M. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 2 P.M. from the Pentecostal Tabernacle with Pastor Noble officiating with interment at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Foster Family Association. Special thanks to all the nursing staff, Dr. Paul Crocker and Dr. Robert Forsey.
