Agnes Vanderwerf (Van Eeden) peacefully passed away on Nov 2, 2019 after many years of suffering from her illness.
She will be remembered as kind and caring by her children: Irma (Brian), Eva (Anthony), and Mark, grandchildren: Jake, Colt, Maia and Luke, and many siblings, nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Ben.
