Obituary of John Earle
John M. Earle-age 84 of Lewisporte, passed peacefully away on Tuesday, October 1st at the Lewisporte Health Centre, surrounded by his family. He was the son of the late Maude and Ralph Earle.
Leaving to cherish his memory his wife Sylvia; children: Calvin (Sandra), Donna (Tony) Wellon, John Jr. (Mary), Glen (Tracey), Gary, Bonnie (Doug) Harris; 18 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren; brothers, Harvey (Ann) and Patsy (Llewelyn); sisters, Lily Barney, and Patsy (Morris) Earle; many nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his second parents, Sophie and Fred Ryland; his brothers, Ron and Wayne; sisters, Dorothy Hancock, Betty, Doris and Doreen Earle.
Arrangements are under the care of Families Funeral Home in Lewisporte, visitation will take place from the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11am from St. Matthew’s United Church in Lewisporte, with cremation to follow.
Interment will take place on at St. Matthew’s United Cemetery at a time to be announced.
Flowers accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer’s Society
Dont Mourn for me
because i”m on my way home…
to my place in the clouds where my pain is all gone.
Where my memory is as sharp as it ever once was.
And I’m Smiling down on you all, my loved ones
