Peacefully with family by her side at the Southampton Care Centre on Thursday, October 17, 2019 in her 89th year. Isabel, beloved wife of Ralph for 68 years. Loving mother of Mike and his wife Helen, Pete and his wife Bonnie, Wendy and her wife Mary Beth Stacey, and Ralph and his partner Diane Robinson. Proud Gramma of Kris (Cindy), Jamie (Jaclyn), Angela (David), Adam (Savaneh), Shaun (Avila), Kayla, and Jessica Stacey (Colin). Great Gramma of Aubrey, Elowyn, Jamie, Cayden, Sophie, Wesley, Oda Aki, and Ember. Isabel was the youngest of 11 children and will be remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews. Isabel was an artist since childhood, becoming a painter, published poet and writer.
Friends will be received at the T.A. Brown Funeral Home, 510 Mill Street, Port Elgin, 519-832-2222, on Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 12:00pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00pm.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Southampton Care Centre Resident’s Council would be appreciated by the family.
