Passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Halina. Loving father of Nicole (John) and David. Cherished grandfather of Jonathan. Dear brother of Ewa. Ryszard will be fondly remembered by many friends and family in Canada and in Poland. Special thanks to the staff of Lakeridge Health Oshawa for their care and compassion. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 9:00a.m.-10:30a.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E.). A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Hedwig’s Roman Catholic Church (411 Olive Ave.). Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the R.S. McLaughlin Durham Regional Cancer Centre.
