Peacefully, on Saturday September 14, 2019, in his 99th year.
Predeceased by his first wife Florence Greenway and his second wife Beulah McAllister. Dear father of Lynn Johnson of Moncton, NB, Timothy of Langley, BC, and Pauline of Houston, Texas. Grandfather of Robert Johnson, Susan Gauavin, Wendy Johnson, Jamie Wilson, Ahzita and Roxana Kazemi. Great-grandfather of Zachary and Aron Gauavin and Riley and Jake McLaughlin and. Predeceased by his children Murray and Donald and his granddaughter Sara. He will be fondly remembered by his daughter-in-law Elaine Schouten (Arnold) and special grandpa of Martin Michael Elizabeth and David.
A private family graveside service was held at Dewar’s Cemetery.
For those who wish, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
