Passed away peacefully on Sunday September 15th, 2019 at Champlain Manor in her 81st year.
Beloved wife of William “Bill” Barnes for 60 years. Loving mother of Darrell Barnes (Terri), Sandy Mark (Rob), Barry Barnes (Sandra), Steve Barnes (predeceased) (Bev) and Dale Mytton (preceased) (Wendy). Cherished Grandmother to 12 (Kurtis & Kylee both predeceased) and great grandmother to 10. Predeceased by her parents Colin and Thelma Dalzell. Loving sister to Stan (Mary) both predeceased, Linda (Dave predeceased) and Dixie (predeceased).
Will be missed by many nieces & nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Champlain Manor and a special thank you to Jackie Payne and to Dr Grant Ho and the Bayshore Nurses for all their help and care. The family will receive friends at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia on Thursday September 19th, 2019 from 6 – 8 p.m. and on Friday September 20th, from 12 until time of Funeral Service at 1 o’clock. Interment; St Andrew’s – St. James’ Cemetery Orillia.
