Peacefully at Woodland Villa, Long Sault on Thursday, September 12, 2019 in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Sterling McEwen. Dear mother of Earle (Phoebe) and Marjorie Harrison (Trevor). Loving grandmother of Jeff (Leanne), Nathan (Marina), Danny (Missy), Adam and Sherri and great grandmother of Alexander, Madison, William, Scarlett, R.J., Cindy Nellie, and William. Also survived by her sisters-in-law Lyla McEwen and Eunice Coburn. Predeceased by her brothers Harold (late Mabel), Albert (late Beulah), Floyd (late Ruth), Clare (Millie) and sister Hazel Holmes (late Stan). Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes,1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday at Cornerstone Wesleyan Church, 6556 Prince of Wales Dr., North Gower from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Interment Rideauvale Cemetery.
