Lavina “June” Smith
June 4, 1930 – September 22, 2019
Peacefully on Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Golden Plough Lodge, surrounded by her family. In her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald. Loving mother of the late Roslyn Diane Ramsey, the late John Reginald Smith and Gary Reid (Nancy) Smith. Cherished grandmother of Michelle (Tom) Stothart, Alicia Smith and the late Amanda. Dear great grandmother of Quintin Stothart. Daughter of the late Alford and Althira Reid. Sister of the late Ernest (the late Tillie) Reid, the late Cecil (the late Beatrice) Reid and Everett (Carolyn) Reid. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. A celebration of June’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Cobourg Legion. A private interment will take place at Cobourg Union Cemetery.
