Arnott, James “Larry”
Larry Arnott, a long-time resident of Stayner, passed away peacefully after a hard-fought battle with cancer on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the age of 69. He was surrounded by loved ones: his spouse Toni, his children Jaime, Matt and Dan, as well as their significant others John, Keilly and Karin. Larry’s greatest passion and life’s work was his restoration of vintage cars. His ability to create art out of pieces most would consider scrap was a skill rarely found these days. He did not suffer fools easily but had a quick wit and a helping hand to any who needed it. He will be greatly missed by family and friends alike. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial at Stayner Union Cemetery will occur at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home – Stayner Chapel.
