DUEKER, Jerome
Jerome was born on July 15, 1937 and passed away suddenly on September 4, 2019 in his home. Dad was raised on the family farm in Cudworth, SK. He then farmed until he moved his family to Saskatoon in 1969. He worked at Duval Potash Mine (Cory Potash) and retired from Revelstoke Redi-Mix. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 60 years, Ann-Marie (nee Kolla), son-in-law Bob Lesmeister, sisters Verna and Evelyn, brothers Delmar, George and Arnold. He is survived by his children Gerry (Shirley) Dueker, Danny (Myrna) Dueker, Charlene Lesmeister, Arlene (Ray) Fayant and Lyn (Daryl) Craig, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, only surviving sibling Leona Balon, brother-in-law Cleon (Jo) Kolla and sister-in-law Muriel Dueker. The Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church (114 Kingsmere Pl.) in Saskatoon. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
