Obituary of Ebert Urban Milford
On September 3rd, 2019, Ebert passed away peacefully surrounded by his family after a courageous battle against cancer at the age of 65. Loving and devoted husband to Jean (Massia) for 43 years. Loving father of Jeannie (John), Tracy (Luc), Bill (Trish), Christal (Neville) and Holly (Joe). He will be missed by his 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by father, Urban Milford, mother, Alphine Richard, step-father, Elgin Richardson, brother, Bill Larocque and sister, Elaine Milford.
Ebert loved spending his days working in the bush and driving his skidder, weekend hobbies of drinking beer, hunting, fishing, collecting scrap and chainsaw parts just in case. He was a huge part of everyone’s lives. If you were special, he had a nickname for you. He was very proud of all his children and favourite daughter-in-law.
Celebration of life will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care unit, would be appreciated.
