Doreen Ann Houle
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen Ann Houle of Edmonton on September 22, 2019 at the age of 90 years.
Doreen will forever remain in the hearts of her daughter, Catherine; two sisters, Vivian Starko and Patricia (Richard) Colcy; three nieces, Sharene (Don) Zinyk, Francene Starko and Leanne Meters; and two nephews, Timothy Starko and Mark Meters. Predeceased by her husband, Leonce (Lee); parents, Mary and Alex Chobotar; sister, Anne Chobotar; and nephews, Lorne Starko and Grant Meters.
Prayer Service Monday, September 30 at 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Mass Tuesday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 210 Haddow Close (23 Avenue and Terwillegar Drive). Reverend Mitch Fidyka officiating with cremation to follow at Park Memorial Crematorium. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
