Sanvido, Carol Irene –
Born in Guelph, On, March 22nd, 1938 and deceased September 21, 2019.
It is with sadness that the Sanvido family announces the sudden passing of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Reno (Chip), children Debbie Marshall (Michael deceased), Diane Sanvido (Mario Hebert), Gerry Sanvido (Michelle), Rob Sanvido (Joyce), Mike Sanvido (Shannon Davies). Also survived by ten grandchildren and their spouses; Christina (John), Danny (Riann), Carolyn (Philippe), Sarah (Jeff), Trevor (Chantele), Tara (Peter), Tonya (Adam), Taylor (Devin), Ben and Adam. Carol was a proud great grandmother of twelve.
Predeceased by parents, Frank and Irene Laidlaw and brother Richard.
Carol was a loving partner, parent and friend. With Chip’s help her focus was on family first; whether cooking a good meal, nursing Chip’s refereeing wounds, helping with homework, baking the best special birthday cakes, and enjoying all of the grandkids.
Friends will be received at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 98 Alice St., on Wednesday, September 25 at 11:00 a.m. with cremation to follow. If so desired, donations to Hospice Wellington would be appreciated.
We have lost and Heaven has gained a loyal friend and Angel.
