1946 – 2019
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Anne Marie Griffin announce her passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on September 15, 2019 at the age of 73. Anne retired from a career as a teacher and parish worker. She is predeceased by her brother, Peter Griffin, and sister, Mary Edwards. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her brother-in-law, Reginald Edwards of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, nephew, Glen Edwards (Patricia) of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, and nieces, Valerie Boyd (Colin) of Dartmouth, NS, Nancy Edwards of Dartmouth, NS, Stephanie Edwards (Brian Greening) of Hammonds Plains, NS, and Jennifer Edwards of St. Margaret’s Bay, NS. Bishop Robert Daniels will conduct the funeral mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Jim Maidment of Central Funeral Homes.
