Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks on Monday, August 26, 2019 in his 102nd year. Loving husband of the late Winnifred. Cherished father of Michael (Betty), Karen (David) Wood and Warren (June). Devoted grandfather of 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Lucille Jamieson. Predeceased by his brothers William and Frank. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family will be received at the Jack & Thompson Funeral Home, Shelburne on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Honeywood Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
